If your registered mobile number has changed or is wrong, then you can change your phone number in Aadhaar card. UIDAI has not set any limit for this. Because many users change their phone number frequently.

If you want to change your name in your Aadhaar card, you can do this only twice in your life. Sometimes it happens that there are some mistakes in the spelling of the name, in such a case you can correct it twice. To correct the name, you will have to provide PAN card, passport or marriage certificate as proof.
How many times can you change the date of birth? You can update your date of birth only once in your lifetime. To update it, you will need your birth certificate or educational certificate. UIDAI has strict rules regarding change in date of birth.
There is no limit on updating the home address
If you are moving to a new house or your permanent address has changed, then you can change the address in your Aadhaar card unlimited number of times. But along with this, you will have to provide a valid residence proof, such as electricity bill or rent agreement or bank details etc.
