The central government may present its Union Budget for the financial years 2026 and 2027 on February 1st. When will the budget be presented?

Farmers also expect an increase in the limit of the Kisan Credit Card from the budget. The central government may increase the Kisan Credit Card limit by Rs. 1 lakh. Currently, the Kisan Credit Card limit is Rs. 5 lakh. This means that farmers receive an interest waiver on loans up to ₹5 lakh. This limit may now be increased by ₹1 lakh.
