When did ‘Ladli Behna Awas Yojana’ start

Assistance under the scheme
Under this scheme, the government gives assistance of a total of ₹ 1.20 lakh to those women, which is deposited directly into their bank accounts. This amount is given in three parts:
First installment ₹ 25,000: So that women can start building the house. This is the initial motivation.
Second installment ₹ 60,000: When the construction of the house is completed to some extent. This is a step to accelerate construction.
Third installment ₹ 35,000: When the roof or final work of the house is completed. This ensures the successful completion of the project.

When will the ‘first’ installment be received
The government has said that the women whose names are on the list will get the first installment i.e. ₹ 25,000 by the end of this month. You have to go to https://pmayg.nic.in! There, go to the ‘Stakeholders’ section and select the ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ option. Then you can see your list by entering the registration number or by filling in the state, district, panchayat, and block information. If your name is there, understand that you are entitled to financial help to build a house under this scheme. It is a simple and accessible process.
