August 8 – Banks will remain closed on this day due to Tendong Lo Rum Phat festival in Sikkim and Odisha.
9 August- On this day, the festival of Raksha Bandhan will be celebrated across the country. Due to which almost all private and government banks will remain closed in Central India. These include Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan etc.
10th August- This day is Sunday, hence all the banks will have weekly holiday.
When will there be holidays in the coming week?
13 August – Banks will remain closed on this day in Manipur on account of Patriot Day.
15th August- On this day there is a national holiday across the country due to Independence Day. Due to this all private and government banks will remain closed.
16 August- On this day, due to Janmashtami, almost all the private and government banks of the country will remain closed.
August 16: All banks in Gujarat and Maharashtra will remain closed on account of Parsi New Year.
August 26 – Banks will remain closed in Karnataka and Kerala on this day due to Ganesh Chaturthi.
August 27: Banks will remain closed in Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu and Telangana on this day due to Ganesh Chaturthi.
August 28: Banks will remain closed in Odisha, Punjab and Sikkim on this day due to Nuakhai.
