First of all, let’s talk about the price, in India Yamaha MT 15 V2 is available in four variants and six colors. Its starting price is Rs 1,70,583, while the top variant goes up to Rs 1,81,546. Interestingly, from September 22, the prices of this bike will be reduced by about 7% i.e. about Rs 13,000, after the implementation of GST 2.0.
Engine and performance
Now talking about the engine and performance, this bike has a 155cc BS6 engine, which generates 18.1 bhp of power and 14.1 Nm of torque. This is the same engine that is also found in the Yamaha R15, but in the MT 15 V2 it has been given short gearing, which makes its acceleration very fast.
