Hero MotoCorp has updated its scooter range with the launch of the new Destini 125. This is the third 110cc scooter model in the Hero lineup. New Design and Style

The new Destini 110 retains the same design as its 125cc version, which received major changes earlier this year. It’s called the Neo Retro Design. It features LED turn indicators with chrome surrounds. Its main headlamp cluster is located on the handlebar cowl.

The taillamp features the signature H-shaped LED element that has now become common on all Hero models. Another distinctive feature is its 785mm-long seat, the longest in its segment. It also features an integrated backrest, providing great comfort for the pillion rider. The Destini is available in five colors. The VX variant is available in Eternal White, Matte Steel Gray, and Nexus Blue, while the ZX variant comes in Aqua Gray, Nexus Blue, or Groovy Red.

The Destini 110 is powered by the familiar 110.9cc engine seen in the Zoom 110 and Pleasure. This engine produces 8 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 8.87 Nm of peak torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox. Hero claims a fuel economy of 56.2 km/l. Like every other Hero two-wheeler, the Destiny 110 also comes with i3S technology, Hero’s patented auto start-stop technology.

Enhanced safety along with economy

The scooter’s underbone chassis rests on telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. It is shod with 90/90-12 front and 100/80-12 rear tires. Braking is handled by a 703 mm front disc and a 697 mm rear drum unit. The scooter weighs 114 kg and has a ground clearance of 162 mm, making it very easy to ride.
