Power and performance

When it comes to engines, Defender comes with many engine options, but the 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with 296 bhp gives a smooth and responsive experience everywhere from city driving to highway. This engine remains quite quiet at low RPM, but as you increase acceleration, it moves with strong sound and power. The Ground View camera also makes travel easier on difficult paths, while the All-Terrain Progress Control takes you to slopes and bumpy paths without stress. Sitting in this SUV, it seems as if every terrain is just waiting to meet it.
