Design
Kia is very special in giving her EVs a different, more clean and futuristic look. The same will be seen in the Philosophy Syros EV, where the traditional grille will be removed and a full closed front panel, making the car look more aerodynamic and premium.
Its EV-badging, new alloy wheel design and slim DRLs will further strengthen its EV detection. The same cabin will also see major changes inside, with a new floating center console that will make it feel significantly different from the ICE model.
Space
Syros has always been known for his Tall-Boy stance. This small looking car from outside looks very big going in because it gets a lot of headroom and legroom. Even after the same EV is built, its cabin will remain romantic as the battery pack is being fitted with smart underbody packaging. This will neither reduce space nor will there be any compromise in comfort.
Features
The company plans to offer several advanced features inside to make Syros EV more tech-oriented. The tri-cluster digital display found in Syros EV will not only be beautiful to watch but its response and user interface will also be very smooth. Its rear seat ventilation will be a larger separate feature in this price range, which can make the Syros EV significantly higher than its compatriots. Apart from this, wireless charging, smart connectivity and EV-specific graphics will also make the driving experience more special.
Variants
Syros EV is coming with two different battery options. The first battery will be 42 kWh, which will be connected to a 71.1kW motor, which is the perfect setup for city and everyday drives. On the other hand, an 84.5kW motor will be provided with a 49 kWh battery pack, which will be able to give a range of up to 355 km.
With its 120kW DC fast charger, this EV will be able to charge 10 to 80% in just 30 minutes. Being in the battery pack underbody will reduce the center of gravity of the car, making the ride of the Syros EV many times more stable and comfortable.
