Honda has once again breathed new life into its legendary bike lineup. The company has added a new addition to its renowned CB series – the Honda CB1000F 2026. This bike not only combines the classic naked-bike design of the 1980s with modern technology, but also pays tribute to its legendary models of yesteryear. If racing bikes of yesteryear were brought back to life in the present day, the new CB1000F offers a similar feel.

Classic Design
The Honda CB1000F’s design clearly shows that the company has retained its racing DNA. Its sculpted fuel tank, sleek side panels, and sporty tailpiece give it a strong retro look. The round front headlamp, dual horns, and bold graphics are reminiscent of the superbike era of the 80s.

Engine
If the engine is concerned, the new CB1000F has a 999cc online four-cylinder engine derived from the earlier CBR1000RR Fireblade (2017-2019). However it has been slightly detuned so that the ride feels even more smooth and refined. Now this engine generates power of 122bhp and torque of 103Nm.
Honda has given updated valve timing, new intake funnels and revised camshafts, making its performance and torque delivery much better. Whether it is city traffic or highway, at every turn, this bike gives a power feeling.
Suspension and Braking
Honda did not limit this retro beauty to just appearances, but rather put Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork and adjustable Showa rear monoshock. This not only increases ride comfort but also keeps handling extremely stable.

Talking about braking, the company has given Nissin four-piston radial calipers and 310mm floating discs, which give reliable braking performance in any riding condition.
Digital Display and Smart Connectivity
Let me tell you that this bike has a great 5-inch TFT display which looks clean in the sun due to optical bonding technology. It connects with the Honda RoadSync app, allowing you to sync your smartphone and find features such as call, navigation and music control. Apart from this, it also has Smart Key System which allows you to feature keyless ignition.

Color Options and Launch
The Honda CB1000F is currently launched for the European market. It comes in two great color options – Wolf Silver Metallic (blue stripes) and Graphite Black (red accents). There is no official announcement yet about its launch in India, but Honda is believed to be offering it in its big-bike segment soon. If this happened, this bike would undoubtedly create panic among Indian riders.
