The company is preparing to launch a new version of its popular SUV, the third-generation Audi Q3, in 2026. New Audi Q3

Audi Q3’s global debut of the new generation took place in June 2024 and now its entry on Indian roads has been decided. The SUV is based on the MQB platform, which is also used in Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf. It is longer and wider than the old model in the new version, making its road presence even more spectacular.

Interestingly, this SUV will come in two variants which are Standard and Sportback. While the Standard model will have a classic SUV look, the Sportback model will feel even more sporty and premium due to its coupe style design.

The new Audi Q3 exterior looks more stylish and aggressive than ever. Its large hexagonal single-frame front grille and new 2D Audi logo give it a modern look. Digital Matrix LED headlights with it provide a bold and futuristic appeal.

Note the rear profile, the OLED light bar with split tail lamps and illuminated Audi logo rings give the SUV a very premium feel at night. At the same time, the company has options ranging from 17 inches to 20 inches for wheels, allowing customers to choose according to their style.

Luxury

Audi has completely redesigned this SUV in the interior. The new 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and 12.8-inch MMI infotainment system give the dashboard a high-tech upgrade. The new steering wheel design and gear selector have now been shifted to the steering column, making the center console look even cleaner.

Engine

Globally, Audi Q3 is available in three engine options. The first 1.5-liter turbo-petrol mild hybrid engine that gives a strength of 147 BHP. The second 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine that generates tremendous power of 261 BHP, while the third 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engine provides superior mileage with power of 147 BHP.

In addition, Audi has also included a plug-in hybrid variant, which gives 268 BHP and 400 Nm of torque. It has a battery of 25.7 kWh which gives an all-electric range of up to 119 kilometers. This feature makes it an environmentally sustainable and modern option.

Launch

The new Audi Q3 is expected to launch in India in early 2026. This SUV will directly compete with the likes of the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, and Volvo XC40. The company is focused on offering the perfect blend of luxury, technology, and performance to Indian customers.
