How to Order a PVC Aadhaar Card

The UIDAI provides the facility to order a PVC Aadhaar card online. For this, you need to visit the official UIDAI website. There, go to the My Aadhaar section and select the “Order Aadhaar PVC Card” option. After that, you will have to enter your Aadhaar number and the captcha code.

After verification with the OTP received on your registered mobile number, your details will be displayed on the screen. Carefully check your name, photo, date of birth, and address. If all the information is correct, make the online payment. After the order is complete, you will receive a service request number, which you can use to track the delivery status of your card.

New Fees for PVC Aadhaar Card

The UIDAI has changed the fees for PVC Aadhaar cards. This new rate has been effective since January 1, 2026. Earlier, a fee of Rs. 50 (including tax) was charged for a PVC Aadhaar card. Now it has been increased to Rs. 75. This amount includes tax and the cost of delivery to your home via speed post. This means that you will now have to pay 25 rupees more to order a card compared to before.
