Peanuts (roasted) – 1 cup
Ghee – 1-2 tablespoons
Grated jaggery – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 1-2 tablespoons (optional)
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

How is Peanut Gajak made?

Step 1- First, peel the roasted peanuts and grind them coarsely. Then, add a spoonful of ghee to a pan, add the jaggery, and melt it over low heat.

Step 2- Now prepare the syrup, then turn off the heat. Add the ground peanuts and cardamom powder and mix well. If desired, you can also add sesame seeds.
