Salman Ali Agha has played a total of 54 international matches for Pakistan in 2025, scoring 1492 runs, including two centuries and eight half-centuries. His highest score during this period was 134. He is also the T20 captain of the Pakistani team. Before the tri-series, under his captaincy, the team reached the final of the Asia Cup 2025, but lost to India there. It is also highly likely that he will lead the Pakistani team in the upcoming T20 World Cup.
