Green chillies – 5 (chopped)

Mint – 200 grams

Coriander leaves – 200 grams

Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon

Nutmeg powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Maida – 1/2 cup

Maize flour – 1 1/2 cups

Soda – 1 teaspoon (full)

Desi ghee – 1/2 kg

Salt – to taste

For the sauce

Walnuts – 200 grams (crushed)

Jaggery – 50 grams

Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon

Salt – to taste

Onions – 2 (thinly chopped)

Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Tamarind – 100 grams

How is Pyazi Kebab made?

Step 1- First, spread thinly sliced ​​onions on a plate, then lightly rub red chillies, green chillies, lemongrass, and ginger over them. Then, let them sit for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2 – Then, add baking soda and all the other spices and mix well. Sprinkle salt over each onion slice before cooking.

Step 3 – Then, make tikkis from the onion slices and fry them twice in ghee. Then, mix the walnuts with lemon juice in a bowl.
Step 4- After that, add salt, jaggery and black pepper to it and boil this mixture in half a cup of water for 10 minutes.
Step 5 – Then, turn off the heat and add the thinly sliced ​​onions to the hot sauce. Then, strain the tamarind water and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
