What ingredients are required for the egg curry recipe?
For the Egg Curry Recipe, you must have the following ingredients given below:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
4 boiled eggs, cut into halves
2 onions, chopped
10 garlic cloves, peeled

1 inch of ginger
Coriander leaves
Oil – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1, chopped
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup

How is egg curry made?
Step 1 – First of all, put oil in a pan, then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste and mix it.
Step 2 – Then add boiled and halved eggs into it, then fry it for 2 minutes, and then fry it from both sides, top and bottom.
Step 3 – After that, put onion, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves in a mixer and grind them.

Step 4 – Now put oil in a pan and heat it slightly, then add the ground paste in it, keep stirring it for 4-5 minutes, then add 1 chopped tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt and stir for 2 minutes, and add curd and stir, then add 1 cup of water in it and mix it and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5 – Now add the fried eggs and let them cook for 3 minutes. Then sprinkle the coriander leaves on top.
Step 6- Now your egg curry is ready; now serve it with roti and rice.
