Design
First of all, when it comes to design, the new Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition first gets attention on its front design. Its new LED headlamp now looks more aggressive and sporty, inspired by the larger bike Xtreme 250R. Along with this, the bike has a new LCD digital display, which has negative graphics to provide better visibility at any time of day or night.
Ride-by-Wire and Cruise Control
Let me tell you this time, the real amazing will be seen in its electronic features. Hero has given the Ride-by-Wire system to this bike, which gives the rider more smooth throttle response. With this, the bike gets three different riding modes which can be adjusted according to the riding style and condition.
Its biggest update is the Cruise Control feature, which is the first time in this segment in a 160cc bike. No longer need to catch the throttle continuously in long highway rides, just set the speed once and the bike itself will maintain that speed. This makes feature riding extremely comfortable, especially for long distances.
Engine and performance
Now talk about its engine, the new Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition has the same 163.2cc air and oil-cooled, 4-valve engine. This engine generates power of 16.6 bhp and torque of 14.6 Nm. It is provided with a 5-speed gearbox that ensures smooth gear shifting.
Talking about suspension setup, KYB upside-down forks on the front and monoshock suspension on the back are given. Disc brakes are found on both wheels for braking and include dual-channel ABS, which greatly increases the level of safety.

Price and Launching
Let me tell you that Hero has not yet announced its official price, but it is believed that its price will be slightly higher than the current top model. At the moment the top variant costs around ₹1.31 lakhs (ex-showroom), the new Combat Edition can cost between ₹1.35 to ₹1.40 lakhs.
