How is Aloo Tamatar Ki Sabji made?

Step 1 – First, boil the potatoes in hot water, then peel the boiled potatoes and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 2 – Now, place a pan on the stove and add a little oil, then let it heat up.

Step 3 – Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the pan, followed by tomatoes, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. After that, add turmeric and salt and cook for another two minutes.

Step 4 – Then add red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and coriander powder, and then add the boiled potatoes and tomatoes.
