What ingredients are needed to make Namkeen Pare?

1/2 kg maida, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 1/2 tsp ajwain, 100 ml oil (1/2 cup), water

How are Namkeen Pare made?

Step 1 – To make Namkeen Pare, first you need to take half a kilogram of all-purpose flour in a bowl, then add salt, cumin seeds, and carom seeds to it and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 2- Next, add the warm oil and mix it well. Now add water and prepare the dough. Then let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3- Now, knead the dough again until it’s smooth. Then take a small portion of it and form a ball. Then roll it out completely.

Step 4 – Then, cut it with a knife and transfer it to a plate.

Step 5 – Next, heat oil in a pan and add all the ingredients from the plate and fry them.

Step 6 – Then, when the colour starts to change, take it out and put it on a plate.

Step 7 – Your Namkeen Pare is now ready.
