What ingredients are needed to make Champaran Egg Curry?
Boiled eggs – 8
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2
cumin – 1 tsp
bay leaf -1
cardamom – 1-2
Whole dry red chilli –2-3

cloves – 1-2
Onion -3
Finely chopped Ginger & garlic – 1 tsp each
Tomato paste – 1 cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chicken masala powder/ चिकन मसाला – 1 tsp
Salt – as required
Coriander leaves – handful
How is Champaran Egg Curry made?
Step 1- First, take a boiled egg and make a small cut in the middle.
Step 2 – Next, heat some mustard oil in a pan, then add the boiled eggs and fry them. Then add turmeric and red chilli powder, fry briefly, and remove from the pan.

Step 3 – Then, add red chilli powder, garlic, onion, ginger paste, tomato paste, turmeric, salt, and all the other spices, mix everything together, and cook for a short time.
Step 4- After that, add a little water and then add the fried eggs. Once it starts boiling, cover it and let it cook for a while. When it’s cooked, serve it with rice or roti.
