Tata Sierra, once the pride of Indian roads, is now going to return once again. Tata Motors has released several teasers of this iconic SUV, making it clear that launch preparations are in full swing. The company is going to launch its ICE (Petrol/Diesel) version on 25 November 2025, while the EV model will be introduced in December. ICE and EV
Let me tell you that the company is going to land the new Tata Sierra in two powertrain options. ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and EV (Electric Vehicle). The ICE version will be based on the front-wheel drive platform, while the electric model will be built on the GEN 2 Acti.ev+ architecture, which is Tata’s new electric technology.
The first ICE version will be launched on 25 November, while the EV version will be introduced in December 2025 and its official launch will be in the first quarter of 2026. This strategy may prove to give Tata a strong position in both segments.
Design
Talking about its design, Tata has retained the soul of the old model in the design of Sierra but introduced it with a modern look. The company’s teasers show that its production-ready model is the same as the concept shown in the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo.
The SUV features classic elements such as high-set bonnet, thick B-pillars, and rear-side wraparound glass windows. At the same time, full-width LED light bars, 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and silver scuff plates give it a futuristic look. Further reinforces the premium identity of the ‘SIERRA’ branding SUV on the front grille and boot.
Interior
Let me tell you that Sierra’s cabin is completely new and futuristic. This will be Tata’s first car to get triple-screen setup, an infotainment screen, a digital instrument cluster, and a co-passenger entry display.
Also in the interior is given two-spoke steering wheel with dual-tone dashboard, ambient lighting, and illuminated Tata logo. In addition, the SUV includes features such as panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, rear window sunblinds, and surround-view camera.

Price
Now talk about its price, the company has not announced the official price, but it is expected that the price of Tata Sierra ICE will be between ₹11 lakh to ₹20 lakh, while the price of Sierra EV ₹Can be kept between 18 lakhs to ₹25 lakhs.
