The price of the new Sierra starts at ₹11.49 lakh, which is the ex-showroom price of its petrol base variant Smart+. Petrol variants prices go from ₹11.49 lakh to ₹17.99 lakh, while pricing of diesel variants reaches ₹12.99 lakh, starting at ₹18.49 lakh. This price bracket makes Sierra a compactitive option in segment, especially for buyers who want premium experience but also keep the budget in mind.

Sierra has been introduced in a total of five variants in the Indian market —Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure and Adventure+. These trims allow customers to receive multiple choices that are perfectly categorized according to performance, features and budget.

Bookings and Deliveries

Tata Sierra’s bookings will start from 16 December 2025 on authorized Tata dealerships across the country. Along with this, the company has also provided online booking option, so that buyers can reserve the variant of their choice by sitting at home.

Sierra has been positized between Curvv and Harrier in the ICE lineup, due to which it will directly challenge popular SUVs such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Victor. Its deliveries are expected to begin in January 2026, which could be the beginning of a fairly exciting early year for Tata fans.

Sierra is built on Tata’s all-new ARGOS architecture, which improves rigidity, safety and ride comfort. With 2730 mm wheelbase, Sierra emerges as a spacious SUV in its segment. Boot space is of 622 litres, which can be increased to 1257 litres by fold rear seats. This SUV becomes an ideal competition for enthusiasts of road trips or family travel.

If it comes to engines, the Sierra is available in three engine options. Entry-level and mid-spec petrol variants are powered from 1.5L Revotron engine, giving a power of 104.5 bhp and 145 Nm torque. They are offered with 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCA automatic gearbox.

The same gets the new 1.5L Turbocharged TGDi Hyperion engine in its Range-topping petrol variant, which performs 158 bhp strong power and 255 Nm torque burn. It is made available only with 6-speed torque converter automatic.
