What ingredients are needed to make Kaju Paan Mithai?
Cashews – 1 cup (finely ground)
Water – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Gulkand – 2 tablespoons
Fresh betel leaves – 2-3 (finely chopped)

Desiccated coconut – 1 tablespoon
Ghee – a little
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tablespoon
Silver leaf (edible)
How is Kaju Paan Mithai made?
1- First, grind the cashews into a fine powder.
2- Then, in a pan, combine sugar and water and prepare a one-string consistency syrup.
3- Then add the cashew powder to the sugar syrup and stir continuously over low heat until the mixture turns dark.
4- Then let the mixture cool and knead it into a smooth dough, greasing it with a little ghee.

5- Then, in a separate bowl, combine the gulkand, desiccated coconut, betel leaf pieces, and cardamom powder to prepare the filling.
6- Then, roll out the cashew mixture, place the paan filling in the centre, and wrap it up like a roll.
7- After that, let it cool and then cut it into slices and decorate it with silver leaf.
