Ingredients for making Stuffed Atta Dosa
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoons
Semolina – 2 tablespoons
Water – as needed
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium-sized
Salt – to taste
Onion – 1 finely chopped

Ginger – half a teaspoon finely chopped
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – half a teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
What is the method for making Stuffed Atta Dosa?
1- First, combine the wheat flour, yoghurt, semolina, and salt in a large bowl. Then, add a little water and mix to make a thin, dosa-like batter. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells and the batter develops a better texture.
2- Next, prepare the stuffing. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green chillies, onions, and ginger. Once the onions turn light golden, add the boiled potatoes and mix well.
3- Then, add salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric to the mixture and cook the spices. Finally, add coriander leaves and turn off the gas. Your stuffing is now ready.

4- Next, heat a griddle and lightly grease it with oil. Then pour the batter onto the griddle and spread it thinly in a round shape. Cook on medium heat until crispy.
5- Once the top layer of the dosa is dry, place the potato filling in the centre and then gently fold the dosa. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve hot.
6- Then eat it with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or green chutney.
