What ingredients are needed to make green tamarind chutney?
Green tamarind – 1 cup (washed and peeled)
Green chillies – 2
Jaggery – 1/2 cup, or to taste
Ginger – 1 small piece
Mint leaves – 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – as needed
How to make green tamarind chutney at home?
1- First, you need to wash the green tamarind and cut it into small pieces. Then, put the green tamarind, green chillies, jaggery, coriander leaves, ginger, and mint into a blender jar.
2- Add a little water and grind it into a fine paste. Then add roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, and black salt.
3- If the chutney seems too thick, you can add a little more water.

4- Then, run the mixer again to mix it thoroughly.
5- Then transfer the chutney to a bowl and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
