Mukhyamantri Mahila Rozgar Yojana: The central government runs numerous schemes for women’s empowerment. Many of these schemes provide financial assistance to empower women to become self-reliant. This year, the Bihar government launched the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rozgar Yojana. Under this scheme, the government provides financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to women who are able to start a business.

How to get benefits under the scheme?
The Bihar government has released the date for the first installment. The Chief Minister’s Women’s Employment Scheme provides financial assistance to women to start self-employment ventures. This scheme provides assistance for starting 18 types of small businesses. The first installment of ₹10,000 is deposited into women’s accounts if they continue their business for six months.
She can also receive additional assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh. The scheme’s benefits will only be available to women who applied through the Jeevika group and whose applications have been approved. Women who have already benefited from the scheme will not receive the next installment. The fifth installment will be sent on October 24th.
What is the application process?
Applying for the Women’s Employment Scheme is easy. First, you need to register on the Jeevika website (brlps). During registration, you must enter your mobile number, Aadhaar number, bank account details, and business type. Next, upload the required documents, such as your matriculation or intermediate certificate, and your caste certificate, if applicable.
Permanent residence certificate, disability certificate if applicable, passport size photo and signature. After registration and document upload, if the application is approved, the benefit amount is transferred directly to the woman’s bank account.
