This variant is positioned between the company’s HTK+ and HTX trims, with an initial price of ₹19.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). Variants
As well as the new HTX E trim, Carens Clavis EV is now available in a total of six variants, HTK+, HTX E, HTX E ER, HTX, HTX ER, and HTX+ ER. Their prices go from ₹17.99 lakhs to ₹24.49 lakhs (ex-showroom).
HTX E trim is for customers who want luxury features but do not need ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), which is found only in top HTX and HTX+ trims.

Design
In the new Kia Carens Clavis EV HTX E, the company has kept the design the same as before, but it has been made even more advanced in terms of features. This variant features features such as panoramic sunroof, 64-colour ambient lighting, leatherette upholstery, and dual-tone beige & navy blue interior theme, making it even more classy.
In addition, the car offers facilities such as leather-wrapped steering wheel, tilt & telescopic steering adjustment, LED interior lights, and anti-glare IRVM. Extended Range variants also feature 17-inch alloy wheels, giving it sporty appeal.
Performance
However the new Kia Carens Clavis EV HTX E comes in two battery options. 1 Standard variant (42kWh battery) which gives ARAI-claimed range of 404 km. 2 Extended Range variant (51.4kWh battery) which offers ARAI-claimed range of up to 490 km.
The Standard variant has a front-mounted motor generating 135hp power and 255Nm torque. The Extended Range variant has a motor with power of 171hp and 255Nm torque.
This means that whether you are driving the city or traveling long distances, Clavis EV offers great performance in every situation.

Comfort
The features in the HTX E variant not only make it feel luxury, but also make driving even easier. The car includes smart features such as voice-operated auto up/down windows, retractable seatback tables, and air purifier, making the long journey even more comfortable.
