What is e-EPIC?
e-EPIC is a digital voter card which will be in a secure PDF format. It will have a special QR code which will contain your information like voter’s name, serial number, part number, date of birth, address and other basic information. You can download it on your mobile or computer and show it anywhere whenever needed. If you ever forget your physical voter card, then e-EPIC will also do your work.
The purpose of making it is that for some time it has been seen that fake voting, duplicate voter cards and cards with wrong information cause big problems. To stop this, the Election Commission is now issuing new and updated voter cards, it will have a new photo, updated information and this card will also be available in digital form.

1. To make voter card before Bihar election, first go to NVSP website or the website of Chief Electoral Officer of Bihar.
2. Register with mobile number and email ID or login if you already have an account.
3. After this choose the option of New Registration for General Electors (Form-6).
4. Fill your complete details in the form like name, date of birth, gender, address and upload required documents.
5. After submitting the form, you will get a reference number, through which you can track the status online.
6. Your documents and forms will be verified by the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of your area.
7. If all the information is found correct, your voter card will be prepared and sent to your home.
