Bollywood’s King Shahrukh Khan celebrated his 60th birthday on November 2nd. Shah Rukh received numerous congratulations from across the country and abroad on this special occasion. All the players from the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, including Rinku Singh, also wished Shah Rukh a happy birthday.

Rinku shared a collage of Shah Rukh Khan’s photos on social media and wrote, “The best ever! Happy Birthday, Shah Rukh Khan Sir.” Although Shah Rukh Khan didn’t reply to Rinku Singh on November 2nd, two days later he tagged her and wrote, “Thank you Rinku, lots of love, when is the wedding?” This reply from Shah Rukh Khan to Rinku is now rapidly going viral on social media.

Sharukh Khan curious to Rinku Singh’s wedding date

Among those who wished Shah Rukh Khan on his birthday was Rinku Singh, the young star batsman of the Indian cricket team. Rinku wrote on his Twitter account, “You are the best. Happy birthday sir.” Shah Rukh replied, “Thank you Rinku. Lots of love.” But it didn’t end there. Shah Rukh jokingly asked Rinku, “When is your wedding?” It’s worth noting that Rinku Singh got engaged to MP Priya Saroj on June 8th of this year. Earlier, in an interview in August, Rinku recounted how she and Priya Saroj first met. Speaking to News24, Rinku said their story began in 2022, when the IPL was being played in Mumbai.

Rinku said, “I had a fan page. A photo of Priya casting her vote in her village was posted on it. Priya’s sister shoots photos and videos, so she probably shared the photo. I saw the photo and really liked her. I thought she was perfect for me, but I couldn’t muster the courage to message her then.” Rinku further said, “After some time, he liked some of my pictures on Instagram. Then I texted him and that’s where we started talking. Within a week or two, we started talking every day, even before the matches.”

Currently, Rinku Singh is touring Australia with Team India. However, he has not yet been included in the playing eleven in the five-match T20 International series. Rinku last played a T20 match for India in the Asia Cup final against Pakistan.
