Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Prepare Methi Paste

Soak methi seeds in milk for 4-5 hours (or overnight).

Drain and grind into a coarse paste.
Step 2: Roast Nuts & Gond

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast nuts until golden. Set aside.

In the same pan, roast gond until it puffs up. Crush lightly.
Step 3: Cook Methi & Sonth
