Step-by-Step Recipe

Step 1: Prepare Methi Paste

  • Soak methi seeds in milk for 4-5 hours (or overnight).

  • Drain and grind into a coarse paste.

Step 2: Roast Nuts & Gond

  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast nuts until golden. Set aside.

  2. In the same pan, roast gond until it puffs up. Crush lightly.

Step 3: Cook Methi & Sonth

  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee, add methi paste, and sauté until fragrant.

  • Add sonth powder and cook for 2-3 mins.

  • In the same pan, roast wheat flour & besan in ghee until golden.
