Pumpkin – 2 cups, peeled and chopped

Onion – medium size, thinly sliced

Olive oil or butter – 2 tablespoons

Water – 3 cups

Salt – to taste

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tablespoon

Fresh cream – for garnish

How is the pumpkin recipe for winter made?

Step 1- First of all, heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a pan.

Step 2 – Then, add the onion and fry until it turns slightly pink. Then, add the garlic cloves and fry for a few seconds. Then, add the pumpkin pieces and fry for about 3 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3 – Now pour 3 cups of hot water in a pan and add half a teaspoon of salt and black pepper powder.

Step 4- Now let it boil on high flame, and then reduce the flame. Now cover it, and then cook the pumpkin for 15-20 minutes until it becomes hot.

Step 5 – Now after it is cooked, turn off the gas and let it cool.

Step 6- After that, put it in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste. Then, pour this paste into a pan and let it boil.

Step 7- This delicious soup is ready for you. You can now garnish it with fresh cream and serve.
