- For Head- Product, Investment & Research: Graduation/Postgraduation with 15 years of experience in financial services out of which 8 years as a wealth manager.
- For Zonal Head (Retail) – Graduation with 15 years of experience.
- For the post of Regional Head: Graduation with 12 years of experience.
- Relationship Manager – Team Lead: Graduate with 8 years’ experience in wealth management.
- For Investment Specialist (IS) – Postgraduate/PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management with 6 years of experience.
