According to the IMD, due to cyclonic pressure, a warning of rain has been issued in all the areas of the country till March 15. From March 10 to 15, the weather in Jammu, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand will likely disturb Holi’s happiness. There is a possibility of rain with thunder and strong winds.

Apart from this, snowfall can also be seen. Along with thunderstorms and lightning, rain can be seen in many areas of Punjab and Haryana. IMD has said there may be a period of rain in Punjab and Haryana on 12 and 13 March and in Rajasthan from 13 to March 1, 15

Rain alert in northeastern states

Giving information, IMD said that cyclonic circulation is forming in Bangladesh, which is why heavy rains can be seen in Bihar, West Bengal, and the Northeast. Rain is also expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Nagaland. Heavy rains can also be seen in Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Tripura from 11 to March 15. Heavy snowfall is expected in Arunachal Pradesh from 11 to March 13.
