Due to peak hour, long queues of vehicles are seen on the roads. Visibility has also been reduced due to a dust storm. According to IMD, there will be rain, heavy thunder, and lightning in Delhi NCR. The storm is blowing at 40-60 km per hour. Rain may be in Delhi and NCR, Haryana and Western UP till 9 pm.
Along with this, hail will also fall, which may cause damage to horticulture and crops. Apart from Delhi-NCR, there is a strong storm in Rajasthan today. Due to the storm, the weather has become very cold. Due to the effect of the western disturbance, light rain may also occur in most parts of the state, bringing some relief from the heat. However, the Meteorological Department says that after April 13, the effect of heat will increase rapidly in the state again, and the mercury may cross 45 degrees.

In Delhi NCR, the minimum temperature has decreased by 3 degrees in the last 24 hours. The sky remained cloudy throughout the day. The Meteorological Department issued a red alert for thunderstorms and rain.

Rain warning in these states today
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert today i.e. on April 11, 2025 regarding light to moderate rain in Bihar and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal with thunderstorms at some places. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of thunderstorms with light to moderate rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala and coastal Karnataka.
