UP Monsoon Alert: Monsoon has become fully active in all the areas of Uttar Pradesh, due to heavy rains in many places, rivers, drains and ponds are all filled with water. Due to the drop in temperature here, people have now got relief from the heat. Monsoon rain has not yet been kind to some areas, where people are facing severe heat.
Due to heavy rains in many areas of western Uttar Pradesh on the last day, the temperature level dropped. Due to rain with thunder in many areas of Moradabad, waterlogging occurred on the roads. Due to this, passersby had to face traffic jams. Power cuts also remained a problem for the people. People were seen very upset due to the heat. IMD has predicted heavy rain with thunder in 50 districts of UP.
Alert of heavy rain with thunder in these districts
According to the Meteorological Department, a warning of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Agra, Firozabad and Etawah. Apart from these, heavy rain with thunder can be seen in the areas adjoining Shahjahanpur, Jalaun, Mahoba, Jhansi, and Lalitpur. Heavy rain warnings have also been issued in Prayagraj, Kaushambi, Fatehpur, Chitrakoot, Banda and Ghazipur.
Heavy rain alerts have been issued in Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Bahraich, Sitapur, Lucknow and Kanpur. Heavy rain can become a disaster in many areas, including Meerut, Aligarh, Mathura, Firozabad, and Agra. An alert has also been issued for strong winds here.

If IMD is to be believed, an alert of heavy rain has been issued in Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, and Lalitpur. An alert of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Amroha and Sambhal.
An alert of heavy rain has also been issued in Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mainpuri, and Auraiya. Lightning and thunder can become a problem for people.
