Telangana & Rajasthan Road Accident:- Two tragic road accidents in 24 hours have shocked everyone. First, 18 people died in a road accident in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Now, on Monday morning, a head-on collision between a gravel-laden truck and a bus claimed the lives of 19 people. Uncontrolled speed is believed to be the cause of both accidents. 37 people died in these two accidents.
The Telangana incident occurred in Rangareddy district, causing widespread chaos. A gravel-laden truck and an RTC bus collided head-on near Khanapur Stage in Chevella Mandal. Meanwhile, the state government responded to the horrific incident in Rajasthan, announcing financial assistance of ₹10 lakh each to the families of the deceased.

In Rangareddy, Telangana, a truck carrying gravel was carrying gravel. Both vehicles were speeding and lost control at a curve. The driver’s side of the bus was completely damaged. The impact was so severe that the gravel loaded on the truck fell on the bus, causing severe injuries to the passengers on board. Locals rushed to the scene of the accident and began rescue operations. Police arrived shortly afterwards, rescuing the trapped passengers. The injured were admitted to a nearby hospital. The condition of some is reported to be critical, and the death toll may rise.
Relief and rescue operations continue in Chevella.
The Chevella-Tandur road was blocked following the accident. Commuters faced a traffic jam. The local police struggled to clear the blockage. Meanwhile, the administration used a crane and a JCB to clear the debris from the road. According to officials, the deceased are being identified and their families are being informed. It may take some time for identification.
18 killed in Rajasthan
18 people have been confirmed dead in a road accident in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Three to four people are injured. The deceased include children and women. The injured devotees were immediately sent to SMS and MDM hospitals in Jodhpur after receiving first aid. The bodies of the deceased were transferred to Phalodi Hospital for post-mortem examination.
