Uttar Pradesh Weather

According to the Meteorological Department, the dry weather may lead to mild heat during the day. Minimum temperatures are expected to drop from the second day of Diwali. The IMD has predicted an increase in cold weather from October 21st to 22nd.

The IMD has predicted a light fog and cold weather in the morning. Diwali fireworks may cause pollution haze in several districts of western Uttar Pradesh, including Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida.

Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh Weather

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Uttarakhand is also expected to deteriorate on October 21st. The IMD has predicted rain accompanied by thunderstorms in many areas of Uttarkashi, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, and Pithoragarh. Rain and snowfall are expected due to the influence of a western disturbance.

The weather in Himachal Pradesh is expected to change on October 21st, 23rd, and 24th. Strong winds may be expected due to the western disturbance. Moderate rain and thundershowers may occur in higher altitudes. The weather is expected to deteriorate significantly in Lahaul Spiti, Kinnaur, Sirmaur, Chamba, Kangra, and Solan.

Rainfall in these states

The Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall in many areas of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala. Rain warnings have been issued for parts of Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The weather is also expected to deteriorate significantly in the northeastern states.

Rainfall is expected in Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, and Puducherry. There may be scattered rainfall in Mizoram, Tripura, and Sikkim. Caution is advised due to the possibility of lightning.
