Monsoon Update – Heavy Rain Warning in 3 States next 48 Hours, Cold Wave Alert

Monsoon Update: After heavy monsoon rains, the cold wave is now beginning to set in. Snowfall in the mountains has brought a cold wave to the plains. Several states in North India are experiencing increased cold. Delhi-NCR is also experiencing mild chills in the mornings and evenings. According to the Meteorological Department, cold may rise in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand between November 10th and 11th. Over the next 4-5 days, night temperatures will be 2-4 degrees below normal in some areas of southern Haryana, northwest India, and northern central Maharashtra. Rain Warning in These States
According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), rain is likely in Tamil Nadu on November 12th and 13th. Furthermore, heavy rain is expected in some areas of Kerala and Mahe on November 10th. According to the Meteorological Department, cold winds are expected to blow in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand between November 10 and 11. Over the next 4-5 days, night temperatures may drop 4 to 7 degrees Celsius below normal in some areas of Madhya Pradesh, northern Chhattisgarh, northwest Jharkhand, and southern Haryana.

Temperatures may drop 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in the plains of northwest India and northern central Maharashtra.

Winter begins in Delhi
According to the Meteorological Department, the cold in Delhi is expected to increase over the next seven days. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature on November 10 is expected to be 27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature 12 degrees Celsius. Strong winds may reach up to 20 kilometres per hour in the morning and evening.

Weather conditions in Bihar
Cold has fully set in in the rural areas of Bihar. Due to snowfall in the hilly regions, the minimum temperature has dropped to 12 degrees Celsius. Cold is expected to increase in Jharkhand on November 10. Cold waves may occur in many areas of Bihar. Temperatures are expected to drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the coming days. The Meteorological Department has predicted a significant drop in temperatures in Bihar after November 15th.

The India Meteorological Department has predicted a cold wave in six districts of Jharkhand from November 10th to 12th. According to the IMD, a cold wave may occur in Palamu, Garhwa, Chatra, Gumla, Latehar, and Lohardaga districts from November 10th to 12th.
