JMM increased the tension of the Grand Alliance
The Grand Alliance has refused to take AIMIM. But JMM’s seat demand has created restlessness. RJD is a partner in the JMM-led government running the government in Jharkhand. Therefore, JMM is demanding a dozen seats in the areas adjacent to Jharkhand.
Statements have been made publicly by JMM regarding its claim in Bihar. But it has also been followed in these two to remain in the grand alliance. JMM had won only once from the Chukai seat. Last time, the bitterness increased to such a level that, accusing RJD of political deceit, JMM fielded its candidates from seven seats.
However, there were no good results. Last time, the grand alliance missed power by a margin of 15 seats and 11150 votes. This time, RJD will try to go to the elections by coordinating with all the parties.
