The Infinix XPAD 20 Pro has a 12-inch IPS LCD screen, which is higher than the standard model. It has a 2000 x 1200 pixels resolution, 5:3 aspect ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate for a smoother display than regular 60Hz tablets. It includes 450 nits of peak brightness, with good outdoor visibility, and narrow bezels make it have an ultramodern appearance. It is powered by Android 15 and XOS 15.1.2 and also supports AI unlock options, an added security feature.

Behind the scenes is where the XPAD 20 Pro receives its processing requirements fulfilled with the addition of the Helio G100 Ultimate processor, capable of multitasking and playing mid-range games with no issues.
