UPSC ESE Result 2026 Declared: The Union Public Service Commission has released the results of the Engineering Services Examination (Preliminary) Examination. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their scores through the official website. The UPSC has released the ESE Preliminary Exam results in PDF format. Click on the Results section on the website’s homepage.

Click on the ‘Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026’ link.

After clicking on the link, the result will open on your screen.

Finally, download the result and take a printout for future use.

How many positions will be filled?
The UPSC is recruiting for a total of 474 engineering positions. The exam was conducted on February 8, 2026. Candidates who passed the exam will soon be able to appear for the main exam. All candidates who appeared are advised to carefully check their names and roll numbers after downloading the results.

When will the Engineering Services Main Exam be held?
The UPSC has declared the results of the Engineering Services Examination 2026, held on February 8, 2026. The Commission has released the roll numbers of candidates who passed the preliminary exam. These candidates will now appear for the Engineering Services (Main) Examination 2026, which will be held on June 21, 2026 (Sunday).
