UPSC CDS 2 Results 2025 OUT: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination-II, 2025. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check their results by visiting the Commission’s official website, upsc.gov.in. Candidates who have passed the written examination will now be called for the SSB interview. The results are available in a roll number-wise PDF format. Candidates can check their scores through the official website, upsc.gov.in, and download them for future reference.

UPSC has announced that candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination will be called for the Service Selection Board. Intelligence and personality tests will be conducted here. Selection will depend entirely on the candidate’s preferences and performance.

How many total positions will be filled?
This year, the CDS 2 exam will recruit 453 positions, including those at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA).
Important information for selected candidates
Selected candidates must register online at joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of the results being released. Candidates will then be included in the final selection list only after successfully passing the SSB and medical tests.
The exam was conducted on September 14, 2025. The first session consisted of an English paper from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a General Knowledge exam from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The final session consisted of an Elementary Mathematics paper from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Commission has now released the written exam results.
