UPMSP UP Board 10th Result: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is all set to release the High School (Class 10) results today—April 23—at 4:00 PM. Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh will announce the results via a press conference from the headquarters in Prayagraj at 4:00 PM this evening. Approximately 27.51 lakh students appeared for the High School examinations this year and are eagerly awaiting their results. It is often observed that upon the release of results, the server slows down due to heavy traffic on the website; therefore, students have been advised to utilise the DigiLocker and UMANG apps. Additionally, students can also check their results via SMS.

To pass the examination, students must secure a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject. Along with the declaration of results, a list of the top-ranking students (toppers) will also be released.

The Significance of Grace Marks
If a student is on the verge of failing a single subject by a very narrow margin, they may be awarded grace marks of up to a maximum of 5 points. This rule applies exclusively to those students who have successfully passed all their other subjects.

Students who fail in one or two subjects need not panic. A few days after the results are declared, the Board will release application forms for ‘Scrutiny’ and ‘Compartment’ examinations. This will enable students to save their academic year and improve their scores.
