SSC MTS Application Status 2026 OUT: The Staff Selection Commission has released the City Intimation Slip for the SSC MTS and CBIC Havaldar Examination 2025 on its official website ssc.gov.in. Candidates who have registered to appear for the examination can now check their allotted exam city and schedule before the Computer-Based Test. A total of 7,948 vacancies have been notified across various ministries, departments, and offices of the Government of India, making this one of the largest Group C recruitment drives.
The Staff Selection Commission has released the application status for all 9 regions – KKR, NR, SR, CR, ER, WR, NER, NWR, and MPR. The SSC MTS 2026 exam is scheduled to begin on February 4th to fill 8021 vacancies for Multi-Tasking Staff and Havaldar positions. According to the official dates, the computer-based examination for SSC MTS and CBIC Havaldar will be conducted from February 4, 2026.
Candidates were given the opportunity to choose their preferred exam slot between January 16th and January 25th, 2026, after which the commission released the City Intimation Slip. The city slip will inform candidates about their exam city and date. The admit card for the examination will be released very soon.

Step 3: Log in using your registration number and password.
Step 4: View the city intimation slip displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print for future use.
The SSC MTS Recruitment 2025 includes a total of 6,078 vacancies for MTS for the 18-25 age group, and 732 vacancies for the 18-27 age group. The minimum educational qualification for all posts is a 10th pass certificate from a recognised board. Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.
