JEE Main Result 2026 Date: Students who appeared for the JEE Main examination, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), are eagerly awaiting their results. However, the NTA has recently released the provisional answer key, which can be checked and downloaded via the official website. As a reminder, the JEE Main examination was conducted by the NTA between April 2 and April 8, 2026. This examination was held across approximately 566 test centres, with nearly 1.1 million students participating.
When Will the Results Be Released?
According to the official notification, the results for JEE Main Session 2 Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) are expected to be available for download by April 20, 2026. With the release of the results just around the corner, very little time now remains.
JEE Main Result Session 2 2026: How to download JEE Main 2026 scorecard?
1. First, visit the NTA’s official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in
2. Click on the “JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Scorecard” link on the homepage.
3. Enter your login credentials, such as your application number and DOB or password.
4. Enter the security PIN provided on the screen and click the ‘Submit’ button.
5. Your scorecard will appear on the screen.
6. Download the scorecard and take a printout for future use.
How to Challenge the Answer Key:
Must visit the official JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
entering your Application Number and Password.
Click on the ‘Answer Key Challenge’ link.
Select the Question ID.
Upload valid proof for the correct answer.
Pay ₹200 for each question.
Submit your response and save the receipt.

Step 2: Click the link to the Session 2 answer key in the latest news section.
Step 3: Now, enter the required details (application number, date of birth) and submit them.
