IIM CAT 2025: If you’re dreaming of pursuing an MBA and preparing for the CAT exam, important news is coming your way. Today is the last chance to apply for the IIM CAT 2025. If you haven’t registered yet, please apply immediately, as the registration process will close at 5 pm today. CAT 2025 applications can only be submitted online.

What is the application fee?

The application fee for CAT 2025 is divided into two categories. General and OBC candidates will be required to pay ₹2,600, while SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates will be charged ₹1,300. Please note that the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, ensure you fill out all the information correctly when applying.

There will also be an opportunity for correction.

Sometimes, incorrect information, such as a photo, signature, or exam centre preference, is entered while filling out the application. Candidates need not worry. The Commission has opened a correction window from September 25 to 28th, 2025. Candidates can correct their mistakes during this period.

IIM CAT 2025 Registration: How to Register for the CAT Exam
First, visit the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Click on the “New Candidate Registration” link on the homepage of the website.
Enter your personal information, such as mobile number, date of birth, email ID, etc.
Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
Finally, be sure to take a printout for future reference.

Exam Date
The IIM CAT 2025 exam will be held in three shifts on November 30, 2025, at 170 exam centres. Admit cards for appearing in the exam will be released on the official website between November 5th and 30th, after which students will be able to download their admit cards.
