CGPSC PCS Prelims Result: Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has released the result of State Service Recruitment Preliminary Examination 2024. 3737 candidates have been successful in this. Candidates can check their result by visiting psc.cg.gov.in. The PCS preliminary examination was held on 9 February 2025 in two shifts from 10 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. General Studies exam was held in the morning and Aptitude Test in the afternoon. CG PCS Main exam has been scheduled for 26, 27, 28 and 29 June 2025.

Let us tell you that through CG PCS 2024, there will be recruitment for 246 posts of 17 services including Deputy Collector, DSP and Excise Sub Inspector. This time the maximum number of posts are of Excise Sub Inspector. There are 90 posts of Excise SI. There are 7 posts of Deputy Collector. There are 21 posts for DSP. Last time there was no post of DSP. The Commission has said that on the basis of the written examination result, 15 times the total number of posts i.e. 3690 candidates were to be selected for the State Service Main Examination 2024, but on the basis of availability of eligible candidates category wise / sub category wise, a total of 3737 candidates have been shortlisted.
