Vande Bharat Sleeper Express launch date:- Indian Railways is going to give another gift to its passengers on Diwali. Most people go to UP and Bihar on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath Puja. In such a situation, it becomes tough for people to get confirmed tickets. Some people leave for the journey with waiting tickets, while others sit waiting for Tatkal tickets. In such a situation, the country’s much-awaited Vande Bharat Sleeper Express is being launched before Diwali.
According to media reports, the Vande Bharat Sleeper Express is expected to commence operations by the end of September. This will be a premium train, designed explicitly for nighttime travel. The new Vande Bharat Sleeper Express train will feature advanced technologies, including the indigenous Kavach anti-collision system and a crash-proof coach design. Additionally, CCTV cameras have been installed in every coach. Special attention has been given to the convenience of the passengers.
Where will this train run from?
This train will connect Delhi and Patna via Prayagraj, reducing the travel time from 12-17 hours to 11.5 hours. Passengers will now enjoy the comfort of air travel at train fare. This train will run on the track with a maximum speed of 180 km/h. The train is expected to arrive in Delhi from Patna at 8 pm and the next day at 7:30 am. In such a situation, people’s time will be saved to a great extent. Passengers will experience significant relief with the start of this train.

How much will be the fare?
The fare of this train can be fixed 10-15% more than Rajdhani Express, but officials say that this difference in ticket price is justified due to less travel time and better facilities.
Features of the new sleeper train
Every Vande Bharat sleeper coach has been built by Bharat Earth Movers Limited using advanced Integral Coach Factory (ICF) technology. For the convenience and safety of passengers, CCTV cameras, LED screens for information and entertainment, automatic doors equipped with sensors, modern fire safety systems, and onboard announcement facilities have been installed. The report stated that the interiors feature an aircraft-inspired design, providing passengers with a premium travel experience.

The Vande Bharat Express, first launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2019, has now become the flagship service of Indian Railways. It currently operates on seven routes across the country.
