Limit to check account balance.
You will be surprised to know that, from August 1, 2025, the limit to check the account balance from the UPAI app is going to be fixed. You can check the balance only 50 times from the UPI app. Repeatedly checking the balance in the account causes problems in the server. This slows down the transaction a lot.
Limit of checking in this account
All UPI users will be able to check the bank accounts linked to their phone numbers on each app only a maximum of 25 times a day. This step has also been taken keeping in mind the convenience of the customers.
Check the status of payments.
You will be surprised to know that users will be able to check the status of payment only 3 times a day in case of any transaction. There must be a minimum gap of 90 seconds in these 3 attempts.
Changes will be made in case of autopay transactions
A fixed time limit will be set for autopay transactions on many platforms. This time will be before 10 am, from 1 pm to 5 pm and from 9.30 pm every day. Auto pay transaction means that any subscription, SIP, EM, I e,tc. is automatically deducted from the account.
