New Delhi: Stampede incidents across the country have left deep wounds on people in the past few days. While people were mourning the stampede accident at the Mansa temple in the religious city of Haridwar on Sunday, a heartbreaking incident has come to light from Barabanki in UP. The current spread like fire when an electric wire fell on the main gate of the Avasaneshwar temple in Haidergarh tehsil of Barabanki.

A stampede broke out as soon as the current was seen, in which two devotees lost their lives. According to the latest report, 35 people have been reported to be injured. The current passed through the tin shed and the pipe installed outside the temple for the safety of the devotees. The condition of some people is said to be critical, where the death toll may increase. The DM and DSP have reached the spot.

This incident happened at three in the morning in the Avasareshwar temple. Due to the third Monday of Sawan, there was a crowd of devotees to perform Jalabhishek in the temple since morning. Suddenly, the monkey jumped on the electric wire, due to which broke. The electric wire broke and fell on the main door of the temple. Due to this, the current passed through the pipe and the tin shed.

Two people got caught in it and died. More than 35 people are said to be injured in the tragic accident. There was a stampede among the devotees gathered after getting information about the current situation. Now the situation is said to be normal. People are standing in lines and doing puja-archana and darshan. At the same time, the deceased has been identified as Prashant, son of Ram Gopa,l resident of Mubarakpur police station, Lonikatra. The administration is still engaged in identifying the second deceased. The

According to Barabanki District Magistrate Shashank Tripathi, the treatment of the injured is going on. Today at 8 o’clock, a program of showering flowers from a helicopter was scheduled on this pilgrimage. But after the tragic accident, the flower shower program has been cancelled.
