1. To create your life certificate on your phone, first open the Jeevan Praan app on your phone.
2. As soon as you open the app, you will have to enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email ID.
3. After this, you will receive an OTP.
4. Fill in the remaining information
5. After this, you will have your face identity and you will be taken to the pensioner screen.
6. Here you will have to fill in your bank account, PPO number, and information related to your life certificate.
7. After this, you will have to verify your face again with your consent.
8. As soon as your face is verified, your life certificate will be ready.

• While creating a life certificate through your phone, it is important to remember some things.
• While creating a life certificate on your phone, keep the phone charged at least more than 50%.
